I had an amazing experience at this dental office! I went in to have my veneers professionally cleaned, and the entire team was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. They took great care of my veneers, making sure they looked spotless while treating them with the proper care. From beginning to end, my experience was amazing! The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way, and I absolutely loved the vibe of the office. My veneers turned out PERFECT! They look so natural and beautiful. I honestly can't stop smiling. I genuinely don't understand how this clinic operates. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance and arrived on time, expecting at least basic professionalism and respect for patients' time. Instead, I was immediately sent to the waiting area and handed a ridiculous amount of paperwork to fill out. Fine — I completed everything. Then I sat there waiting for an entire hour. After I reminded them that I was still there, some guy finally came out. No greeting, no introduction, no communication whatsoever. He brought me to a chair, took some photos, sat me down, and then disappeared. No explanation. Nothing. I then spent another 40 minutes sitting in the chair waiting with absolutely no idea what was going on. At that point I walked out and asked if anyone was actually planning to see me. Their response shocked me: they claimed I “wasn't scheduled properly” and acted like I had no right to complain. Excuse me? I booked this appointment TWO WEEKS AGO. I cannot spend multiple hours of a workday sitting in a clinic doing nothing. They started raising their voices, saying all their rooms were occupied and that I needed to wait longer. I had such a good experience getting my veneers done here everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. The doctor really took her time with me and made sure everything looked natural and fit my face, which I appreciated so much.I’m honestly obsessed with my smile now, it came out even better than I expected. The whole process was super smooth and way less stressful than I thought it would be. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about veneers!

My teeth are so damn beautiful. As far as professional… 10/10. I’m super serious about quality & customer service. I appreciate both. These ladies work fast & they were able to take care of other dental issues before applying my veneers giving me convenience. I read the reviews before my appointment & most of the bad ones were financial frustrations. I as well was quoted one price & ended up paying a bit more, but that is simply because I had more issues & I didn’t mind paying to have those issues resolved before continuing my service. So if you plan on having any procedures done with anyone you should always be prepared to pay more in some cases. I can tell you IT WAS WORTH EVERY DIME SPENT. SMILE DESIGN MIA is the best. The staff is AMAZING.
